Pumpkin treats
Pumpkin Cookies
2 C wheat flour
1 1/3 c oats
1 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp salt
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
2 tbs molasses
1 Cup canned pumpkin
1 tsp vanilla
1 c chopped walnuts
1/2 c raisins
Cook @ 350° for 16 minutes on a greased cookie sheet or spray with baking spray. Smash cookie down before cooking

Ingredients:
Wet:
1 c egg whites
1 ½ c sugar
1 c applesauce
2 c canned pumpkin

Dry:
2 c all purpose flour
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 TB baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg

1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2) Grease or use non-stick spray on 18×12 cookie sheet
3) Mix all wet ingredients
4) Mix all dry ingredients
5) Gently fold dry mixture into wet.
6) Pour into prepared pan
7) Bake for approximately 25 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
8) Allow to cool, and then slice into 24 bars.
*Optional: Before serving sprinkle lightly with powdered sugar.
