A lovely collection of the smoothies I’ve created, found and grown to love. From meal replacements, to pre/post workout these are delish!!!
Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie (post workout) -borrowed from a collegue
1 1/4 cup of Silk Almond Milk ( unsweetened)
1 full cup of frozen banana’s
1 Tablespoon of Raw Almond Butter ( or peanut butter or butter of choice NO TRANS FAT or sugar added)
1/2 teaspoon of Raw Apple Cider Vinegar…with the mother
1/2 Tablespoon of Raw Agave or Maple syrup ( truvia or splenda can be used…if you must)
pinch of cinnamon
4/5 ice cubes
Blend all in the blender…add a couple of almonds for the crunch we all need!!:))

Banana/Pear/Spinach Smoothie
1/2 organic apple
1/2 organic pear
1 small banana ( organic not needed)
1 cup packed organic spinach
1 cup cold filtered water
5 ice cubes
Wash all fruits and greens. Core apple and pear. Add all to blender …blend for at least one minute……WELLA…an anti- ager in a glass! I hope you all enjoy!

Ice Coffee Protein drink (from Chalene Johnson creater of PiYo)
1 Tsp instant coffee (diluted w/water)
1-100 calorie chocolate EAS (or half scoop of
ice (add Truvia if it’s not sweet enough)

1/2 scoop chocolate whey protein powder
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/3 of a cup of coffee
