Turkey Burger Ingredients:
- 2 lbs Ground Turkey
- 1 TBSP Worcestershire Sauce
- McCormick’s Steak Seasoning
- 5 Whole Wheat (Ritz style) crackers
- 1/2 smashed avocado
Mix ingredients together in a bowl, make baseball size burgers (flattened) – grill. Serve on whole wheat bun with my new found solution to Mayo (smashed avocado, ketchup, mustard)
Turkey Tacos
- 2 lbs Ground Turkey
- 1 TBSP Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 cup white corn/black bean salsa
- 1/2 smashed avocado
- 1 tsp cumin, minced garlic, onion powder
- 100 calorie snack pack Wholly Guacamole
- Fiesta Blend Taco Shredded Cheese
- Low Fat Sour Cream
- Santitas White Corn Tortilla Chips
Brown the ground turkey in a pan with Worcestershire sauce, cumin, garlic and onion
add salsa & avocado
Serve over Santita White Corn Tortilla chips w/ Wholly Guacamole Biggest Loser 100 Calorie; Low Fat Sour Cream and Low Fat Taco blend Shredded cheese
