Here’s my confession! I LOVE food! Spicy, crunchy, sweet, sour, ethnic, authentic so when it comes to taming my cravings, these recipes often come to the rescue. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do!
Chocolate Delights – made with Chocolate Shakeology
(For each of these recipes, add 1 serving of Chocolate Shakeology and ice to the ingredients listed)
Almond Mocha Chiller
1 tsp almond extract
1 cup cold coffee
(*eliminate the almond extract for a simply divine Mocha chiller)
Chocolate Spice
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 cup skim milk
Coconut Dream
1 tsp coconut extract
1/2 cup skim mik
1/2 cup water
Vanilla Almond Fudge
1 tbsp almond butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup skim milk
Chocolate Shakeology Dessert Recipe:
No Bake Cookies
1 cup reduced-fat or natural peanut butter
1 cup quick -cook oatmeal
1/3 cup honey or agave nectar
1 cup Chocolate Shakeology powder
Preparation:
First, remove any rings you’re wearing and wash you hands really well. Then combine ingredients in a medium bolw. Mix well. Roll into balls (about a heaping teaspoon each).
Option: roll in crushed nuts, oatmeal with a little cinnamon, whole-grain graham cracker crumbs or unsweetened coconut flakes.
